🛍️ Returns

You may return unused, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Items must be in new condition (unwashed, unused, with tags)

• Must include original packaging and proof of purchase

• For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on used bedding or opened pillows unless defective

To start a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
